Horseriding in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid country

We caught up with Jake and Lou in Tupiza – the resting place of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. Both Lou and the Sunburnt Kid were in fine form. While dusty, the town had heaps of character and was situated in some pretty rugged and arid country. We managed to get out on some hacks for a look around..... the country was pretty special. Eveyone was really freindly too, including the dogs on the roof (both of which we later found to be typical of Bolivia). From Tupiza we embarked on a wicked 4-day trip through the mountains and to the salt plains.

Who would mess with that cowboy in the business shirt?

A pair of top dogs......
